How long does delivery take?
Standard orders are dispatched within 2โ€“3 business days. International shipping typically takes 7โ€“14 business days depending on your location and local customs. Custom orders may take slightly longer โ€” we'll always keep you updated via email.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to 30+ countries worldwide including the UK, USA, Germany, UAE, Canada, Japan, Australia, and more. If you're unsure whether we ship to your country, email us at support@nexoraleathers.com and we'll confirm.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your shipment in real time. If you haven't received a tracking update within 4 business days, contact us and we'll look into it immediately.
Do you charge for shipping?
Shipping rates vary by destination and order size. All shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm your order. We work with reliable international couriers to ensure your leather arrives in perfect condition.
Will I have to pay customs or import duties?
Customs and import duties may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our pricing. We recommend checking your local customs rules before ordering internationally.
My order hasn't arrived โ€” what do I do?
If your order is past the estimated delivery window, please email us with your order number. We'll contact the courier directly and resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible. We never leave a customer waiting without answers.

What type of leather do you use?
We use premium full-grain leather โ€” the highest quality grade available. It's selected by hand for texture, strength, and grain consistency. Full-grain leather develops a beautiful patina over time, meaning your Nexora piece only gets better with age.
Are your motorbike suits CE certified?
Yes. Our motorbike suits and jackets feature CE Level 1 and Level 2 certified armour at shoulders, elbows, and knees. We partnered with certified armour suppliers to ensure every piece meets the highest safety standards โ€” without compromising on style.
What products does Nexora offer?
Our full collection includes: leather jackets, motorbike suits, motorbike gloves, motorbike shoes, leather vests, leather aprons, and duffle bags. Every product is crafted with the same obsessive attention to quality, regardless of category.
Are the products handmade?
Every Nexora product is hand-finished by our artisans and passes a 22-point quality inspection before dispatch. We don't cut corners โ€” if it doesn't meet our standard, it doesn't leave our workshop.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?

Can I order a custom-sized product?
Absolutely. We offer full custom sizing on most of our products. Simply email us your measurements at support@nexoraleathers.com and we'll build the piece exactly for your body โ€” leather tailored to you, not the other way around.
How do I send my measurements?
Email us at support@nexoraleathers.com and mention which product you want customised. We'll send you a simple measurement guide specific to that product so you know exactly what to measure and how.
How long do custom orders take?
Custom orders typically take 10โ€“18 business days to craft before dispatch, depending on the product and complexity. We'll give you a specific timeline when you place your order, and keep you updated throughout the process.
Can I choose the colour or hardware?
Yes โ€” on select products we offer choices in leather colour and metal hardware finish. Get in touch with us and we'll go through the available options for the specific product you're interested in.
Do custom orders cost more?
Custom sizing is included at no additional cost for most products โ€” we believe your gear should fit perfectly as standard. For more complex customisations (special hardware, unique colour combinations), a small additional charge may apply which we'll always discuss upfront.

How do I clean my leather jacket?
Use a clean, damp cloth to wipe down the surface. For deeper cleaning, use a leather-specific cleaner applied with a soft cloth in circular motions. Never use soap, detergent, or soak in water. Always allow leather to dry naturally โ€” never use a hairdryer or direct heat.
Should I condition my leather?
Yes โ€” conditioning is essential to keep leather supple and prevent cracking. Apply a quality leather conditioner every 3โ€“6 months, or more often if you ride frequently or live in a dry climate. This also enhances the natural patina that develops over time.
What if my leather gets wet?
Don't panic โ€” full-grain leather handles moisture well. Pat dry with a clean cloth and allow it to air dry naturally away from heat sources. Once dry, apply a conditioner to restore moisture. Avoid machine washing or tumble drying under any circumstances.
How should I store my leather gear?
Store leather in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Hang jackets and vests on padded hangers to maintain their shape. For bags and aprons, store flat or loosely folded. Never store in plastic bags โ€” leather needs to breathe.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact. Custom-made or personalised orders are non-returnable unless there is a fault with the product.
How do I initiate a return?
Email us at support@nexoraleathers.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process and provide a return shipping address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes โ€” size exchanges are available for standard (non-custom) products within 14 days of delivery. Contact us first and we'll arrange the exchange for you. We recommend using our custom sizing option when ordering to ensure a perfect fit from the start.
What if I received a faulty or wrong item?
We're deeply sorry if this happens โ€” it is extremely rare but we take it very seriously. Email us immediately with photos of the item and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund and cover all return shipping costs. No arguments, no delays.
