Custom orders are crafted specifically for you and cannot be restocked โ they are strictly non-refundable.

- Our team reviews and responds within 48 hours
- If approved, you will receive return shipping instructions
- Ship the item back using a tracked courier
Wrong Item
If you received a defective product or the wrong item, we take full responsibility. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will arrange a free return and send a replacement or full refund โ whichever you prefer.
Defective item returns are fully covered by Nexora โ no shipping cost to you.
Shipping
Unless the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked and insured courier. Nexora is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Always use a tracked service โ untracked returns that go missing cannot be refunded.
