Orders
Custom and made-to-measure orders are non-refundable once production begins. You are responsible for providing accurate measurements and specifications. Nexora is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
Delivery
- All orders ship fully insured and tracked
- Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees
- Nexora is not liable for carrier delays
- Customer is responsible for import duties/taxes
- Address errors after dispatch are not our liability
Refunds
- Standard items: 14-day return window
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Custom orders are non-refundable
- Return shipping cost is borne by the customer
- Refunds processed within 7 business days
