Wrong Item

If you received a defective product or the wrong item, we take full responsibility. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will arrange a free return and send a replacement or full refund โ€” whichever you prefer.

Defective item returns are fully covered by Nexora โ€” no shipping cost to you.

Shipping

Unless the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked and insured courier. Nexora is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Always use a tracked service โ€” untracked returns that go missing cannot be refunded.
